I can’t wait to get started with this cookbook and my diet in a serious way. I found many new and exciting dishes in here that I will certainly use. They look good for you and save money as well because they are basic – nothing too fancy or expensive. Timeo Henry managed to capture my interest and my appetite as well, which is a rare thing.
I'm not imaginative enough to know how to chop or julienne or shred certain ingredients, so photographs behind each and every recipe are a must for me. There are none in this cookbook, but even I can tolerate this fact since the price is good, and there is a whole lot of recipes waiting for me to try them. I'm not sure if I will cook all of them exactly the way they are supposed to be cooked, but anyway – we'll get what we'll get. So far I've tried about half a dozen recipes including the tastiest banana bread I've ever tried and planning on making many more now.
Paleo is the way to go for people with gluten intolerance, those who are struggling to get rid of extra weight or unhealthy food cravings. The more I do this diet, the more I see the benefits of it, and trust me, they are enormous. You're not only saving your time and money, but you're also going pro-health too, and I was delighted to find out that mostly the ingredients in this cookbook are available in the local grocery store. Of course, there are various seasonings that may be hard to find and you might need to order something online, but apart from that the book is affordable, as well as the recipes included in it.
I am not sure who has been reviewing this book, but they don't own the paperback copy. It has NO pictures in the entire book. The reviews read like air fryer enthusiasts and paleo enthusiasts have written a bunch of 5 star reviews, but don't own the book. I love my air fryer and have been eating paleo for about 2 years, I love them both but this book is not good. The "blooming onion" recipe I just tried resulted in an inedible onion, burnt to a crisp. For those people who deal with celiac disease and need to go gluten-free, for those who are dealing with weight issues or simply wish to feel lighter and healthier, this is the diet to try. I make my paleo-friendly shopping lists using the recipes I've picked previously and then do my grocery shopping. Checks are under 200 $ - that's almost a 100 $ less than they used to be. This way we're going to save a lot of money and feel better in almost no time.
