I purchased this book to help get some ideas of how to help implement SEL in our home with my son. The book is straight forward, gives suggestions after each topic and is easy to read. I think this book should be provided to educators as a resource for all educators to reference when they encounter disruptive and unmotivated children in their classrooms. Step 15 "Create a peaceful place for upset and angry kids" I used Minasian suggestion's immediately after reading this book with my son at home. I will be sharing this book with mommy friends, family and you.
